In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Kate Morrison, give notice that I have exempted Rockgas Limited from compliance with regulation 11.21(3)(a) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 7 March 2025 and expires on 7 March 2030 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
