Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 12 February 2025 at 9.00am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Philip Craig Macey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named entities by Global Credit Investments Pty Limited as trustee of the GCI Strategic Capital Fund 12 under the terms of security instruments dated 14 December 2023. The property in receivership includes all present and after acquired property (including personal property and other property).
