Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 1892225 and 8047303

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies by Prospa NZ Limited on 11 February 2025 under the powers contained in loan agreements dated 1 November 2021 and 16 February 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
