Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were, on 12 February 2025 appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of EURO HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership) (“Grantor”) by Bank of New Zealand under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 11 May 2015, which granted a general security interest over all of the Grantor’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the Grantor has rights, whether now or in the future.

Receivers are required to be licenced insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
