Notice of Appointment of a Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, with reference to BINARY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) hereby gives notice that on 23 December 2024, Linzhen Wu appointed him as receiver and manager of BINARY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 21 November 2022, in favour of Sunlight Group Limited, which has been assigned to Linzhen Wu, which property consists of all present and after acquired property of the debtor and all of the debtor’s present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than any personal property to which Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.
