On 22 December 2025, China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited, the holder of the general security deed dated 31 January 2023 appointed Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159) and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys (IP#38), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the company’s interest and rights (present and future) in, to, under or derived from all of the company’s present and after acquired property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
