Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Prospa NZ Limited on 17 December 2025 under the powers contained in a line of credit terms and conditions dated 23 July 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
