Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Steel Building Products (Central) Limited on 16 December 2025 under the powers contained in the credit application dated 1 October 2020 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
