Notice of Receivers and Managers Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, David Ian Ruscoe and Adele Irene Hicks of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, we ceased to act as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company on 5 December 2025.
