Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named entities by Seascape (2010) Limited on 7 February 2025 under the powers contained in funding agreements dated 5 June 2024 and a deed of guarantee dated 10 October 2023 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the entities.
