Notice is given that on 4 December 2025, Colin Gower, and Diana Matchett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Christchurch (IP20 and IP110 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the company by Autobridge Limited, under the terms of a letter of offer dated 31 May 2021 which incorporates the appointer’s standard terms of conditions.
The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after acquired personal property and present and future interests in land.
