Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 19 November 2025, Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as receivers of SPRING WATER COUNTRY ESTATES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, and of Timothy Stephen Lawrence Bartells and BARTELLS TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED (as trustees of BARTELLS FAMILY TRUST).

The receivers and managers were appointed by Go Bloodstock Horse Trust under the powers contained in general security agreements dated 2 October 2023 and 22 July 2024 respectively.
