Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is given that on 17 November 2025, Diana Matchett and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Christchurch (Registration Numbers IP110 and IP20 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“Receivers”) of Mr Patrick James Foley (“Mortgagor”) by ASB Bank Limited (“Lender”), under the terms of a mortgage over the property described in Records of Title 665155 and 665156 (mortgage instrument numbered 9339449.2) (“Mortgage”) granted by the Mortgagor.

The property in receivership is all the assets referred to in the Mortgage as the “Secured Property” in favour of the Lender to secure the payment of amounts which the Mortgagor is liable to pay to the Lender and the performance of the Mortgagor's other obligations to the Lender.
