On 4 February 2025, Chris Beggs and Leonie Beggs, the holder of the general security agreement dated 31 March 2022 appointed David Ian Ruscoe (IP#50) and Adele Irene Hicks (IP#155), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
