Notice is hereby given that David Sean Webb and Robert Edward Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as receivers and managers of all the present and after acquired property of, and all assets referred to in the security documents of LEASE2GO LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.45am on 18 November 2025 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 18 September 2023, and a specific security agreement dated 10 October 2023 respectively in favour of Kiwibank Limited.
The appointment of the above receivers is in addition to the appointment of the Official Assignee as liquidator on 6 November 2025.
Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
The office of the receivers and managers is: Deloitte, Level 20, Deloitte Centre, 1 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
Note: Any creditor claiming a security interest in assets of the above-named company should immediately provide details to the receivers.
