Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 12 November 2025, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers of the above-named company and individuals by Mayfair Finance Limited pursuant to general security agreements dated 21 January 2025, which property includes all present and after acquired personal property together with all proceeds arising from that property, including goods, money, accounts receivable, chattel paper, intangibles, negotiable instruments, documents of title and investment.

As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. The Registrar of Companies has more information available regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
