Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 6 November 2025, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property (including personal property and other property) of the above-named company.

The receivers and managers were appointed by Floral Solutions Limited pursuant to a general security agreement registered against the company on the Personal Property Securities Register on 21 February 2025.
