Notice is hereby given that on 3 November 2025 Andrew John Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Vitol Asia PTE Ltd as receivers and managers of all of the mortgaged property under mortgage instrument number 12717687.20, being the following affected records of titles:
in the name of Henry Raymond Matthews, Melody June Wallace and John Cain under the powers contained in a mortgage instrument dated 7 June 2023.
Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
