Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is given that on 31 October 2025, Diana Matchett, and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Christchurch (IP110 and IP20 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the company by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement dated 15 March 2018. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after acquired personal property.
