Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Steel Building Products (South Island) Limited on 31 January 2025 under the powers contained in the terms and conditions of trade dated 10 May 2018 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
