Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers of BEACHAM EUROPEAN LIMITED, BEACHAM PARTS AND SERVICE LIMITED and ALEXANDER GREGORY BEACHAM (all in receivership) by Prime Finance Limited (8172444), using section 5(2) of the Receiverships Act 1993 on 10 October 2025 at 10.30am.

We fix 17 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
