Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 9 October 2025 at 3.42pm, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed by Bizcap NZ Limited (“Bizcap”) as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of NEW ZEALAND DAIRY BRANDS LIMITED and WIMPEX LINK LIMITED (both in receivership) (“companies”) pursuant to the Line of Credit Loan and Security Agreement dated 11 August 2025 between Wimpex Limited as borrower, the companies as guarantors and Bizcap as lender, the terms of which entitle Bizcap to appoint receivers.

Property in Receivership: All present and after acquired personal property of the grantor.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
