Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and individuals by Seascape (2010) Limited on 7 October 2025 under the powers contained in the Funding Agreements dated 15 November 2024 and 9 October 2024, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company and individuals.
