Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 2 October 2025, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers of the above-named individuals by Grant John Crossen and Karen Elizabeth Crossen, pursuant to a term loan agreement dated 11 June 2024, and a general security agreement dated 31 May 2024, and a memorandum of general terms 2023/4366 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property, land, and all other property.
