Notice is hereby given that on 2 October 2025 Andrew John Grenfell and Alton Julian Pollard, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by NZGT Security Trustee Limited as receivers and managers of the property of BEACHCROFT APARTMENTS LP and CMT NUMBER 1 GP LIMITED (both in receivership and administrators appointed) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 29 September 2023.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the limited partnership’s and company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
