Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson, Neale Jackson and Daniel Stoneman, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, hereby give notice that on 30 September 2025 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company by 50T Holdings, LLC (f/k/a 1RoundTable Partners, LLC) pursuant to a general security deed dated 10 May 2025.

The law requires receivers to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
