Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 29 September 2025, John Marshall Scutter was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired personal property of POWER RELATED SERVICES TARANAKI LIMITED (in receivership) pursuant to a general security agreement dated 31 January 2024 between the above-named company and the trustees of the CCG Trust.

As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners, the Registrar of Companies has more information available regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
