Notice of Cessation of Receivership

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Jessica Jane Kellow and Iain Bruce Shephard, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO, hereby give notice that the receivership of SETTLERS HONEY LIMITED, MAKOWHAI TRUST and HENRY RAYMOND MATTHEW (trading as HR Matthews) ceased on 26 September 2025.

Care and control of SETTLERS HONEY LIMITED and the MAKOWHAI TRUST has been returned to the director and trustees, respectively.
