Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 18 September 2025, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers of the above-named individuals and the company by Becker Homes Limited, pursuant to a term loan agreement dated 19 November 2024, a deed of guarantee dated 19 November 2024, and a general security agreement dated 19 November 2024, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property, all land, and all other property.
