Notice is hereby given that on 12 September 2025, Kare Johnstone and Andrew Grenfell, chartered accountants, and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of mortgaged property described in records of title NA58D/430 (Instrument 11959741.3), NA873/272 (Instrument 11309581.10), NA214/6 and NA187/68 (Instrument 11309581.9) by Westpac New Zealand Limited pursuant to mortgages granted over the properties.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
