Notice is given that on 9 September 2025, Iain Bruce Shephard, and Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington Limited (IP71 and IP75 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers (“receivers”) of the company by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, under the terms of a general security agreeement dated 20 March 2023. The property in receivership is all the company’s present and after acquired property.
