Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 9 September 2025 at 7.30am, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed by Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of the following companies in receivership:

ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES WELLINGTON LIMITED (in receivership) pursuant to loan and security documentation between BNZ and the company, which was signed on or about 30 June 2023, including the powers of appointment of receivers contained in the BNZ Business Lending Master Terms.

PHILLIP HARPER AND SON ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED (in receivership) pursuant to loan and security documentation between BNZ and the company, which was signed on or about 21 September 2022 and 30 June 2023, including the powers of appointment of receivers contained in the BNZ Business Lending Master Terms.

Property in Receivership: All present and after acquired personal property of the company, being all personal property (as defined in the Personal Property Security Act 1999) and all other property of the Company (including interests in land).

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
