Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 2 September 2025, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers of the above-named company by Mayfair Finance Limited pursuant to the powers contained within a general security agreement dated 17 December 2024 between Mayfair Finance Limited and GUARDIANS OF GOLD LIMITED.
The property in receivership consists of all present and after acquired personal property and all non-personal property of GUARDIANS OF GOLD LIMITED.
As of 1 September 2020, Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. The Registrar of companies has more information available regarding the regulation the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
