Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies by Seascape (2010) Limited under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 22 June 2024 and a deed of guarantee dated 3 December 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies on the below dates and times:
