Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 6158588 and 169261

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies by Prospa NZ Limited on 22 August 2025 under the powers contained in loan agreements dated 21 December 2023 and 21 February 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
