Notice is given that on 13 August 2025, Colin Gower and Diana Matchett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Christchurch (IP20 and IP110 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the company by Heartland Bank Limited, under the terms of a Business Support Facility Agreement dated 31 May 2021.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after acquired personal property.
