Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 17 August 2025, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of GREENWOOD FAMILY TRUST COMPANY LIMITED (as trustee of the Nelson Greenwood-Family Trust) by Joachim Werner Peter Schoss pursuant to a term loan agreement dated 17 November 2020, variation of term loan agreement on or around 22 February 2021, a deed of guarantee and indemnity, and a general security deed, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property, and all other property.
