Notice is hereby given, that on 12 August 2025, Adam Botterill (IP143) and Damien Grant (IP131) Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several managers of all the company’s present and after acquired property by Ignite Solutions Limited under the terms of a general security agreement and factoring facility agreement dated 3 October 2024.

On 14 August 2025, Adam Botterill and Damien Grant subsequently ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of the company property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information on the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
