Notice is given that on 4 August 2025, Colin Gower, and Diana Matchett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Christchurch (IP20 and IP110 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and Managers (“Receivers”) of the company by A.B. Investments Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement dated 26 February 2021. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after acquired personal property.
