Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 29 July 2025, Daniel Zhang and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of 231 HINEMOA INVESTMENT LIMITED (in receivership), by Wende Zheng, Yuqi Tian and Wei Wang, each a secured creditor and together are the secured creditors, over all the present and after-acquired personal property of 231 HINEMOA INVESTMENT LIMITED (in receivership), pursuant to the general security agreements dated 19 November 2024.

On 30 July 2025, Keaton Pronk and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of VF & GG GAMOTEA LIMITED (in receivership), by Herd Partners Limited, over all the present and after-acquired personal property and all of the Livestock Assets of VF & GG GAMOTEA LIMITED (in receivership), the meaning ascribed to those terms in the livestock lease agreement, pursuant to the general security agreements dated 30 March 2022.
