Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Richard Nacey (IP69) and John Fisk (IP18), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners NZ, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 27 July 2025, at the request of the directors and under the terms of the security agreements entered into by the companies on 18 June 2021 and 12 July 2021, the Bank of New Zealand has appointed us as joint and several receivers of the companies. The receivership comprises all of the assets, property and undertakings of the companies secured by the security agreements, with each and all of the powers conferred to the receivers under the provisions of the security agreements and at law.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
