Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, advise that the receivership has ended and that we have now ceased to act.

As the company is not in liquidation, control has reverted to the director. Please address all future correspondence accordingly.
