Notice is hereby given that on 23 July 2025, Andrew John Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Vitol Asia PTE. Ltd as receivers and managers of the property of NIRVANA FARM LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 14 March 2023.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
