Notice is given that on 17 July 2025, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay of BDO Auckland, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company by CapitalGroup (Potiki) Limited under the terms of a General Security Deed dated 17 June 2021.

The property in receivership is all the company’s present and after-acquired property including land.
