Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named entities by Seascape (2010) Limited on 14 July 2025 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 27 December 2024 and deed of guarantees dated 27 December 2024 and 30 December 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the entities.
