Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 1 July 2025, Simon Dalton, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (Registration Number: IP14) and chartered accountant, was appointed as receiver and manager of the companies by Bizcap NZ Limited under the powers contained in two loan agreements dated 7 January 2025 and 14 April 2025.

The property in receivership is all the companies’ present and after-acquired personal property.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
