Notice is hereby given that on 4 July 2025, Andrew John Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Bank of New Zealand Limited as receivers and managers of the property of FOOD CHAIN LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 27 November 2012.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
