Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 27 June 2025 at 10.10am Keaton Pronk (LP107) and Iain McLennan (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed by Barber Shop Company Limited as receivers and managers of LAMOND BARBER SHOPS AUCKLAND LIMITED (in receivership) pursuant to a general security agreement dated 20 December 2020.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 15 August 2025.
