We, Neale Jackson, Brendon James Gibson and Daniel Stoneman, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, hereby give notice that on 2 July 2025 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the above-named companies by Bank of New Zealand pursuant to a general security agreement and cross guarantee dated 22 December 2005.
The law requires receivers to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
