Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Stephen Robert White (IP137) and Richard John Nacey (IP69), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 30 June 2025, under the terms of the security agreement entered into by the companies on 31 October 2024, Bridgewest Finance NZ Limited Partnership has appointed them as joint and several receivers of the companies. The receivership comprises all of the assets, property and undertakings of the companies secured by the security agreements, with each and all of the powers conferred to the receivers under the provisions of the security agreements and at law.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
